Precision Artificial Aging Ovens (T5 & T6 Tempers)
Extruded profiles pass directly through computerized multi-zone aging furnaces where temperature is strictly maintained between 175°C to 205°C for 6 to 8 hours. This guarantees maximum Webster hardness (11 to 14 HW) and high tensile yield strength required for heavy commercial building codes.
Alloy Tempers Supplied:
6063-T6: Architectural Grade, Maximum Hardness, High Surface Clarity for Anodizing.
6063-T5: High Ductility for Bending & Custom Architectural Curving.
